- We only accept reports from the parent email address we currently have on file
- Please list the Full Name of each student you are reporting absent, spell last name.
- Please list Teacher and room #
- Reason for the absence
- For Illness absences you must include: specific symptoms, day symptoms began and if you have tested your student for Covid-19.
- Please list your name and relationship to student
